Outstanding and great training centre .

All staff members are very helpful and assist with all enquires .

I have done several courses at this training centre and the staff have always taught and presented the course well .

Recently I sat the BPEC solar panel and battery storage course . Garry presented the course well and the training was excellent . Kevin was a really clever trainer who explained other topics very well . Genuine great guy and down to earth. Highly experienced in domestic, renewables and commercial gas . An outstanding consultant.

The member of staff Kayleigh who took the booking was outstanding and very helpful. I felt she was a very genuine and humble lady from the days I attended the centre . If you have any enquires on courses she is the best member of staff to speak to .

I met the manager Fiona on my first day she was professional and took payment when I arrived at the centre. She provided the receipt when I needed it and I never had any issues .

I met a member of staff called George on the first visit to the centre, he who showed me around the centre. He was Professional and helpful . He went over all fire exits and health and safety requirements . The safety of all customers and staff was kept to the highest standard

This Training centre is the best centre for doing your MLP, domestic gas, commercial gas and renewables course.

From the start Kayleigh was outstanding . She was a very humble and down to earth member of staff who helped myself with bookings , training dates and updates. She is very polite , kind and generous lady . She is a credit to the training centre. She will always get back to you with any questions you have . I felt she was very well organised she will  prioritise your training .

I recently done by MLP training here with Garry. He was excellent in training and pushed any trainees to receive the best training and knowledge possible . He has a vast variety of experience . There is a very relaxed and laid back approach when the course is taught . Any issues he will assist.

Kevin was a superstar, he is a very experienced gas and renewable engineer. There isn’t a regulation he doesn’t know . I have never seen a member of staff have as much knowledge and confidence as Kevin has . Many companies approach Kevin for advise and guidance on gas . He is a very professional member of staff who takes training to the highest standard . He was always helpful , polite and accommodating .

Fiona the manager was amazing . Her management skills are excellent. Everything is kept private and confidential .She had accommodated me with flexible payment options , any issues were resolved and exam dates were reserved and booked accordingly. I felt very comfortable with Fiona as the manager . Many other centres may try get more lessons for extra money , at this centre they do not do this . They will not charge you extra days or extra money . If you have any enquires Fiona will assist you .

I've just resat my gas certification, with success. I have been attending 1st Class Energy for many years now. It is truly a one stop shop for all your training requirements. Friendly, helpful and professional staff are always on hand to assist you with your learning requirements. You benefit from a relaxed and quiet environment. First time using this assessment centre. Very easy and efficient booking service. Provided with pre course  training manuals. Training great. The only pre ACS training where I have learnt things other than just how to pass the assessment. Very informative, and great for any engineers or business owners. Assessment thorough but fair. I've done my training with the 1st class gas team for the last few years. Starting with my foundation course. Then my Gas Acs, Unvented, Appliances and oil. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. Plenty of Appliances to get experience on if youre unsure. A very first class service and great knowledge from all.
